Service Description

I have a deep appreciation for the body and the joy of movement that muscles allow us to experience. I bring this appreciation into each massage, to help my clients restore freedom and ease. My training covers many different massage techniques, and I customize the massage to meet my client’s situation. By consulting with each client, we craft the type of therapeutic massage that best fits their desired outcome. From my over 26 years as a licensed massage therapist, I bring a vast knowledge of the musculoskeletal system into the session. The techniques I use include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and injury treatment massage. These massage techniques help reduce trigger points, break up adhesions, ease muscle spasms, relieve pain, and release myofascial restriction, which restores freedom and movement.
